1. What Credit Cards do you accept and do I need a PayPal Account?

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. You do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase. PayPal only processes your credit card transaction. If you have a PayPal account you can chose to pay using that method.

2. Can we send Ballin Baby Gifts?

Of Course Ballin Baby t-shirts and onesies make great gifts. To include a note with your gift, please enter a message in the comment box during the PayPal checkout process. We will be sure to include it with your package. (100 characters max)

Message example:

"Liz, I hope you enjoy the onesies Love Uncle Mike"

3. What is your customer satisfaction policy?

We strive for 100% customer satisfaction if the design, size, or color does not match your order we will make it right to make sure your Baby is Ballin.

4. Are my Transactions Secure?

Purchases are securely processed through PayPal. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, and PayPal as forms of payment. You do not need a PayPal account to make a purchase.

5. What is the Shipping Information?

Items will be shipped within 2-3 business days of purchase. Orders are sent as Priority Mail using USPS. Packages are delivered within 2-3 days of shipping. An email with a delivery confirmation and tracking number will be emailed once the item is ready to be shipped.

6. Do you sell wholesale to retailers?
